This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and community-centered advancement leader to help strengthen a joyful, mission-driven school community while advancing the school’s long-term philanthropic and financial sustainability in close partnership with Head of School Dr. Daryl Wright and the Board of Trustees.

About the Position
The Director of Development will play a central role in strengthening Westside’s culture of philanthropy, deepening donor engagement, rebuilding and expanding alumni relationships, and helping shape the school’s long-term advancement strategy. In addition to stewarding existing donors, the next Director will have the opportunity to expand philanthropic partnerships locally and nationally, including with foundations and mission-aligned grant-making organizations.

This is a full-time, salaried position, benefits-eligible contract. Based on qualifications and prior experience this position offers a salary range between $140,000 and $150,000 annually.
