The Associate Head of Schools will report to the Head of Schools and assist the Head of Schools with supporting the student and faculty experience as well as supporting the work of the admission and advancement offices. The Associate Head of Schools will be a highly visible and collaborative leader responsible for strategically building and sustaining a vibrant and healthy school community, rooted in a culture of inclusivity, understanding, and engagement. The Associate Head of Schools administers programs and services that promote both educational and operational goals. This role serves as a vital link between the Schools and the larger community and its constituencies. The Associate Head will provide support and institutional direction by articulating, through their words and actions, the mission and defining purpose of Rolling Hills Prep, Renaissance, and REACH to students, teachers, administrators, parents, alumni, and Board of Trustees as a member of the Administration Team. The Associate Head of Schools is responsible for supporting the School’s mission and strategic initiatives. The most promising candidates will be highly collaborative, warm and engaging, and strategic visionaries who find joy working with students and families. They are approachable and responsive and possess strong communication and presentation skills. They are eager to serve as a thought partner for the Head of Schools and other school leaders.
