Educators Collaborative, LLC

Marketing and Communications Consultant

Start Date: August 2026 or as soon as possible

Remote position

About Educators Collaborative (EC)

Educators Collaborative was established in 1971 and operates with the mission of positioning schools for success through effective leadership. The firm delivers on this mission through executive searches (heads of school and senior administrators) and related consulting work that includes governance support and development, strategic planning, executive coaching, program and department assessment, and more. The current partners, all former independent school leaders, live across the country and internationally.

A Managing Partner and a Management Committee, elected by the partnership, oversee the strategic direction of the firm, the assignment of work that comes to the firm, and the firm’s supporting systems and consulting personnel.

True to our name, EC strives to be collaborative in everything we do, appreciating what each of us–partners and supporting consultants–brings to the firm. We are proud of our reputation for being similarly collaborative with the schools we engage with and the candidates we recruit. We expect that any independent contractor will be equally invested in the culture of our organization.
