About the Opportunity

The Renaissance School seeks an inspiring, strategic, and student-centered leader to serve as its next Head of School beginning July 1, 2027.

Following 17 years of stable leadership, the school is well-positioned for its next chapter. The next Head will inherit a mission-driven institution with a strong sense of identity and the opportunity to build on its many strengths while advancing long-term sustainability, visibility, and innovation.

This role is ideal for a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who values authentic relationships, believes deeply in the promise of adolescents, and is excited to lead a highly relational school community dedicated to creativity, intellectual rigor, and belonging.

Key priorities include strengthening enrollment and visibility, ensuring financial sustainability, supporting faculty excellence, cultivating strategic partnerships, and stewarding the school’s distinctive educational model.

The salary range for this position is $150,000–$165,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
