About the Position

Tahoe Expedition Academy (TEA), a PreK–12 independent school in Truckee, California, seeks a strategic, dynamic, and community-oriented Director of Enrollment Management to lead the school’s enrollment efforts. The Director will serve as a key member of both the senior leadership team and the program team, playing a vital role in shaping strategic initiatives, supporting program alignment, and stewarding the full lifecycle of student enrollment—from inquiry through retention.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, data-informed leader who believes in the transformative power of adventure-based, experiential education and is eager to connect mission-aligned families to a school where learning is rigorous, purposeful, and bold.

A comprehensive compensation and benefits plan, with an anticipated salary range of $110,000 to $130,000.
