About the School

Mountain Academy of Teton Science Schools seeks an experienced and strategic Director of Enrollment Management to lead admissions, enrollment strategy, and family engagement across its two campuses located in Jackson, Wyoming and Victor, Idaho. This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to help guide a mission-driven school whose educational model is increasingly relevant in today’s world.

Mountain Academy is a distinctive early childhood through Grade 8 independent school that integrates academic rigor, character development, and experiential learning rooted in the extraordinary landscape of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The school is part of the broader educational ecosystem of Teton Science Schools, an internationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to advancing place-based education and connecting people, place, and nature through transformative learning experiences.

Serving approximately 170–180 students across two campuses, Mountain Academy offers small classes, strong teacher–student relationships, and a highly experiential curriculum that integrates outdoor learning, community partnerships, and interdisciplinary projects.

The Director of Enrollment Management will join the school at an exciting moment of strategic opportunity. Following the decision to focus fully on early childhood through Grade 8 programming, the school is well positioned to strengthen its identity as a premier place-based elementary and middle school in the Intermountain West.

This leader will play a critical role in shaping the school’s future by building a sustainable enrollment pipeline, strengthening market awareness, and ensuring that mission-aligned families discover and join the Mountain Academy community.
