Director of Development Search for International School of Arizona

Educators Collaborative is pleased to support the International School of Arizona (ISA) in its search for a Director of Development to begin July 1, 2026 or as soon as available. If you are an experienced development professional who has a proven record of fundraising success and enjoys encouraging the advocacy and support of children in a multicultural environment, this may be the job you’re looking for. ISA is an award-winning school of approximately 350 students, 18 months – Grade 8, located in Scottsdale.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced development professional who will enjoy professionalizing a relatively “home grown” fundraising program, maintaining a database, strengthening stewardship, and continuing to grow a deep philanthropic culture at ISA. This would be ideal for someone in a larger organization without opportunity for growth but ready to run their own shop and serve on the executive team of a private school.

Jason and the Board have led development efforts quite successfully to date and now need someone to take the mantle, helping build on the momentum by supporting and leading a growing philanthropic culture.
