Standing Together for Access: Educators Collaborative Partners Support SOLA Rwanda

Mary Seppala | May 1, 2026

At Educators Collaborative, our work has always been grounded in a simple belief: education is a human right, not a privilege. That belief comes to life through the commitment of our partners, who volunteer their time, expertise, and hearts in support of SOLA Rwanda.

SOLA Rwanda serves Afghan girls whose access to education has been interrupted or denied by conflict, displacement, and systemic inequity. By stepping forward as volunteers, Educators Collaborative partners are helping to close gaps created by history and circumstance. Their contributions range from instructional coaching and curriculum design to leadership recruitment, mentoring, and institutional capacity-building. Each act of service reinforces a shared conviction: when talented educators invest in students who have been excluded, entire communities are strengthened.

This partnership reflects more than professional generosity; it reflects moral purpose. Our volunteers recognize that access alone is not enough—students deserve rigorous, affirming, future-ready learning environments that honor their resilience and potential. By working alongside SOLA Rwanda, Educators Collaborative partners are helping to ensure that opportunity is not determined by geography, gender, or past injustice.

We are proud of our partners who are translating values into action and demonstrating what it means to stand for access to education for all—especially for students who have waited far too long to be seen, supported, and believed in.
