About the Position

Barnhart seeks a Head of School to begin in July 2024. This leader will enthusiastically embrace and champion the school’s mission, which strives to foster a love of learning and to prepare students to succeed not just in the classroom, but in the world.

The successful candidate will demonstrate servant-leadership distinguished by a warm, welcoming, and inclusive personal manner, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to values-based education and character development, and a love for young children. They will also bring the skills, initiative, and drive to help further realize a compelling and sustainable vision for the future of the school.
